Disclosures

furnacerepairdirect.com is a referral and advertising service. We do not perform heating repairs and we do not employ the technicians you speak with.

How calls work

When you call a number on this site, your call is routed to an independent heating contractor or call center that serves your area. That business quotes, schedules and performs any work, and sets its own prices and terms.

How we are paid

Contractors or their partners pay us for calls. Calling costs you nothing beyond your normal phone charges, and you are never required to book service.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and billing purposes.

Your responsibility

Before you hire a contractor, check that it holds the permits and credentials your city or state requires, and ask for a written quote. We do not guarantee the work of any contractor.

Availability

Service is not available in every area or at every hour. Response times depend on the contractor’s schedule.
